April 24                        Be Joy Night

Tonight, we will again work together to bless the children that are served by The Twig, a local ministry that provides new clothing for children in foster care. For this end of AWANA year service project, clubbers are encouraged to bring new boys/girls/teens spring pajamas or swimwear – all sizes. Another way to participate is to write a note or draw a picture to give to the children. May 1                              Leader Appreciation & Pie Night

As we near the end of the AWANA year, let us pause to thank all the leaders who work                         in the AWANA program.  Earn points for your team (and AWANA bucks) for each note, picture, letter, you bring in tonight for someone that works in AWANA.  Then we will finish the night off with PIE (and whipped cream)!

May 8                             AWANA Ceremony Practice Night

Tonight, we practice for the AWANA ceremony.  Let us prepare to Shine next week and show all that we have learned this AWANA year!

May 15                            AWANA Ceremony Night

Another AWANA year has end!  Tonight, we participate in the AWANA Ceremony and clubbers will receive their awards. Invite your family to join in on this night of achievement!  Refreshments will be served!

May 22                            AWANA Store & End of the Year Party

You have worked hard all AWANA year – now it is time to CELEBRATE!  The AWANA Store will be open where you can shop and spend all your hard earned AWANA bucks! Find out which team WON the overall points contest for the year which will receive a Special prize AND get to go shopping first!  Pizza will be served!

Reminder:                    The end of the AWANA year is fast approaching and the AWANA store will be here near the end of May!  Any help with donations and/or funds towards the AWANA store would be appreciated!  Please see AWANA Commander Andrea or AWANA Secretary Marie for store ideas/needs!
